theta house
by: NewgirlIs theta ever getting a new house? I love my new sisters, but like I feel like they're lying to me when they rushed me and said they'll start building this year but don't even seem to have a plan or lot or anything. What's the deal? Should I drop? I'm not shallow but the house is honestly kind of important to me, it's always so crowded and awkwardly built.

Hey girly, I'm one of your sisters. Just so you know, they're right that we won't have a house for a few years, but no active should've lied to you about that when you were rushing. Please tell one of your new member educators or someone on the exec board because that's not right and we want you to love your house! We picked you because we truly enjoyed you, not because of any other factors. We don't want any new member or any member to feel upset or disappointed by going theta, so please talk to your kite sis or a infinity group leader or another upperclassmen if anything is bothering you. :)

Yeah but I feel like they shouldn't have had to lie to me. Other houses who are actually getting new houses I liked just as much but I let theta just barely out edge aoii and dg because of it.
Like I don't think I'll drop, but it would've been nice to know that it means most of my years in the sorority will NEVER be in a big house like everyone else.
