When is zeta supposed to move into their new house? Wasn't it supposed to be done by now?

I think i heard its gonna be in Jan after break. Definitely another pretty house-all the houses are so incredibly pretty!

Build schedule. Always planned for a December 2016 construction end date. Then they gotta do all the interior decorating and whatnot. Then move in. So whoever gets the swing house next might can move in January. Exact timing could be affected by weather delays. Money not an issue for zta. It will be all set 2017 very early.

Doesn't DZ get the zta swing house? Or is it pi phi? Saw aopi has already moved into the kappa swing house.

Dz gets it. Pi phi is in the trailer thingy till their house is finished . So it gonna be at least all this year and into part of next for them without even a swing house.
