Is Chi O ever getting a new house?

Their house is one of my faves because it has character and doesn't look like all the others. Alpha Phi and Phi Mu too. All great houses because they look different and stand out. How many houses with matching columns do we need in a row?

The university made a rule in the 70's that all new buildings had to have columns. Chi o was the only house that was lucky enough to have room to expand and renovate their old house so that's the story behind why they're the only house without columns lol

Definitely not. They expanded and gutted their house like two years ago, and it's gorgeous

The XO house is insanely huge. 4 stories, a basement and that huge back porch. I don't think they'd trade for anything.
