snap bids

Who gave out snap bids? I heard several houses had to do that this morning.

A bunch are slightly above quota that I know of, like ADPi, APhi, DG, GPhi, Zeta....

DG made quota + about 20 quota additions. No snap bids.

Several houses did do snap bids, heard that straight from our rush advisor. Typically it's houses who's numbers are right at quota, not the houses who are 10+ above it. You don't snap bid if you're already at quota.

Quota additions are good. Means more women put those chapters as #1

But gphi picked up girls that were completely cut, is that a snap bid. Two girls from my our group completely dropped then showed up as gphi, happy for them. Any sorority here is good, I think.

Didn't happen. You were either told the wrong thing or didn't understand what was said. They would not have been allowed to snap bid unless they were under quota and then could only take the number of girls that would get them even with quota. They could cob up to total if they were under (don't know if they are or not)starting after bid day. So, in other words, what you're doing is spreading untruths. You need to stop.
