Based upon snap chats, chatter among actives and moms of actives around town today:
Kappa slayed with the new house.
Pi Phi seems please even though they recruited out of the stadium club and will be in the German House compound for a swing house.
Ph Mu surprisingly low key
Zeta killed it.
GPhi has emerged as a major factor on lower half.
The trend seems to be that ZTA and Pi Phi are becoming even more in play for top pnms. This must be due to the large OOS. For in-state and "southern oos" Kappa had a stronger year than other old row houses expected, even with the new house. This may be why some tradition houses like AXO, KD, Chi O are a little low key right now. Legacies also were cut in droves this year.

I am very happy and pledging a solid and high mid-tier house. I've never posted anything before now. I can't tolerate the nasty comments. If you're happy pledging your sorority and proud of it, why all the hate? GPhi was just handed a compliment (which from my experience meeting some this year) I totally agree with. Why is it automatically called self ranking? Could it be that other lower sororities don't like the idea of GPhi getting some attention for their solid pledge class? I doubt it's top tier houses dishing out the hate to GPhi. I'm left feeling like it's got to be the "bottom and near bottom houses" that are discrediting them. I must say, GPhi keep up the great work! Y'all are a lot of fun!

All True! The hits this year were KKG, AXO, Pi Phi, ZTA and GPhi. Great job.
The ones that struggled imp were XO, Phi Mu, AGD, AOPi and DG.
As expected KD, DDD, ADPi, Alpha Phi, DZ and Theta.
This is not a ranking just my feelings who who moved up and who moved down or stayed the same.

I didn't see this last year but it's held up surprisingly true. Good luck to all the houses that did well last year -- hope you have another good year. Good luck to the houses that didn't do well last year -- hope you fixed your situation and have a great year this year.

yep
anytime you see a poster on here accusing others of self ranking its simply someone that has a grudge or other house that feels threatened.
