Those two are very similar. Pi Phi is more academic and activities oriented and zeta is more fun and social. Can't go wrong either way. Both well regarded and great options.

They've been on a hard downhill spiral for a while now. Hear worse things about them all the time. Don't see the house changing much :/ didn't change anything for GPB

Ghi got a big bump from new house as did kd. Same with phi mu and kappa this year. House makes a difference fo sure!
