by: pnmI'm terrified for tomorrow. I only got 9 back today and I loved three of them. the problem is that 2 of those are old row and I'm from northern OOS and have no connections to any girls in the house. The other one is a top new row and I made myself look like an idiot there in front of an exec member. I liked a couple of the others, but I still am so scared that none of my favorites will want me back, or that I'll only end up with the 2 houses that I don't like. I'm going to sleep so horrible tonight:/

I know it's stressful, but it's totally out of your control. Having 9 houses at this point is better than most PNM's! There are OOS girls in every single house, even Old Row.
It's totally normal to have favorite houses right now, but try to keep an open mind about ALL the houses that invite you back. Actives have friends in every house and no house here is bad. You've decided which houses you love and dislike based on spending less than an hour in their home and probably meeting no more than 6-10 actives in the first two rounds. There will be around 400 girls in each house this year, you will make friends in whichever house you end up pledging.\n\n\n\n\n

I'm trying to be happy with what I have but I know I'm going to get dropped and I can't stop crying. I told myself coming in that I wouldn't take it seriously yet here I am, acting like an idiot over something that hasn't happened yet, even though I' sure it will. All this stress makes me wonder if it's all worth it in the end.

Honey, you are exhausted. That makes everything seem worse than it really is. Exhaustion and stress make your emotions run wild. If you can just go to bed and get some sleep tonight I promise things will be better in the morning and you will be mentally equipped to handle it all so much better. Now wash your face, take a Tylenol, and go to bed.

Find something to like about every house. They invite you back because they've found something they like about you. Even if you lose your top 7 and have only your two least favorites, find something to love about both of them. I guarantee that in houses as big as ours, there will be girls that you will love. Maybe you haven't met them yet or maybe you're too stressed to realize it yet, but they're there and they're inviting you back every day so that you will know how much they want you!!!

Keep working on finding things to like in all. I had one house that is middle but I wanted to drop and could not shake them. Then at round 3 it hit me and we connected awesome and I chose them number two on pref card. So the process works if you let it. They know before you sometimes.
