It is so sad when a pnm drops completely because they have only "bottom". Stupid. The floor here is objectivel way above average at any other school including sec. You should see the bottom at auburn. Now those are a hot mess. No house here is close to that bad.

They got a new house and it's amazing. They shot up pretty well after last year's recruitment. Other sororities with new houses should shoot up too.

Gphi got positive mo this year from their new house for sure. Funny I know a girl who dropped gphi last year early in semester, didn't give them a chance at all. She's doing recruitment again after being miserable last year, she's got to be kicking herself for dropping gphi.

The pitch by old row is actually offensive. "Oh yea like we totally love pnms from outside of Alabama..." As they fall all over the in-state girls they have known since third grade and go to the lake with. We can just see it unfold. They keep going to the lake and we are just filler. It is clear who runs those houses.

In one of these houses and I can vouch, the return rates have been surprisingly killer this year. Like we ended up having to actually cut girls from our top list

The bad thing is that the guys look at those houses differently with less respect.
