How are people perceiving Pi Phi this year without a house?

Ehh. Cute but kind of boring. The hose deal s a little bit of a turn off.

Their parties were super fun and the space was decorated really well. It hasn't played a role in my thought process yet

The house thing will definitely affect them a bit, but they will be fine. Every house is going to make quota, they will get a big bump when their house is done.

Lower return rates but still solid . A model of consistency. Will see bump in next cycle.

Well... Last couple of years they did not have this house issue and had advantage over some rivals in that department. Competitive advantage eliminated at the moment and won't be back till 18
