Tired of all log the posts telling the PNMs to ignore everything said here. I think they are smart enough to know there is a lot of self ranking, down ranking the immediate completion. No ranking is totally accurate. They know this. However, you see 5 posts and they all have the same basic top, upper middle, middle, and bottom tiers, it is safe to assume there is a consensus. Stop making them feel almost guilty about reading this. As long as it does not become ther basis of their decision making process, this site gives some pieces of the puzzle.
