Because they're new, closed once due to low numbers, and haven't recruited the classiest members.

All sororities at Alabama are outstanding. Truth is someone has to be bottom and DG is at the bottom--they struggled because they are newer but they are getting better. Gphi is still better but if you end up DG you probably belong there and will be happy.

Because they're still new. Because the catty Southern girls will hold it over DG's head forever that their chapter closed here 30+ years ago and just recently reopened.

DG is a great chapter full of great girls. We don't have ANY bad houses here. At other schools like Georgia or Texas, bottom houses routinely don't make quota, like taking 20-30 when quota is 65.
