A great personality is very important in almost every house. There are very few connected legacies in certain houses that can get a bid without having a personality that works within the house. What kind of personality that might be depends on the house. What is good in DG may not be good in DZ.

Personality is super important, but it doesn't matter if you're the coolest/funniest girl in the world, you need good grades as well to get into a good house.
