rush outfits

I feel like no one talks about rompers being an option during rush week. Would rompers be an acceptable alternative to a dress? If so, which days would it be most okay to wear one?

Rompers can be iffy because they are very short and so many of them don't cover you enough if you bend the least little bit forward.

Don't replace an Ice Water Tea dress with a romper. You will be way too casual. But a really nice romper would be fine for sisterhood round as long as it fits you well and is good enough quality to compare w the other girls dresses

honestly if you're gonna wear a romper it better be some nice ass material. Like I'm talking Keepsake the Label or BCBG Maxazria...

I would avoid romper so. Even by keepsake and other nice brands. Go with dresses. Keep it classic. Let your personality come through and don't let your outfit give any naysayer something to work with.

I think it could be a great way to show off her personal style. I remember a girl wore a two piece set for pref... people said they wouldn't recommend it but she did it and looked flawless. If you genuinely think the romper is tasteful, appropriate, and will look just as nice as a dress I say go for it.

Can never go wrong being true to yourself but to me it is just wise to avoid deviating from classics when you are trying to make impressions. Perhaps my own problem. Just being honest and trying to help pnms max their options.

My pref dress was from BCBG MAxazria, right now they are having an awesome sale when literally $350 dresses are like $140. Anthropology also has cute stuff. Dillard's is having an awesome sale right now. I would try to stay away from Lilly P just because its a little outdated and no one really wears that at UA. Don't wear or buy lilly unless you actually like it... mums has some cute stuff you could wear on IWT rounds. probably get your shorts from j crew. White house black market sometimes actually has really cute stuff. Nordstrom is a great place to look. Saks off fifth and neimans last call have really nice dresses at great prices and same for nordstrom rack (all have online websites and actual stores)

Wouldn't do a romper, why take a chance. Def avoid Lilly Pulitzer, not popular here, girls are more fashionable now.
