Old Row probably is slowly coming to a full pledge class and probably has their eyes on the kids they plan to give the remaining bids to. Top new row probably has 20-30 kids accept bids already and then will round it out with top quality kids who move in during the first week or two and kids who they have eyes on. Some things to keep in mind, some old row houses give less bids because they know kids won't end up dropping. Also, houses with new physical houses might take more pledges to offset the cost.

old row girl here and I assure you we still have a good amount of spots for girls that we find during rush!! Don't worry about it! Just be your cute ;title self during rush and I'm sure you will find your home :)
