crutches
by: Injury questionsI've got a broken ankle so I'm going to need to use crutches during rush. I've got pillow pets strapped on to them to help make them more comfortable to use - without them the crutches are miserable and more painful. My question is: will the girls judge me for having the pillow pets on my crutches or will they not care? I don't want to hurt my chances if it'll be seen as tasteless

Crutches that hurt are usually the incorrect height. In your case most likely they are too tall.
If you have to have padding get some padding made for them.
It's so hot ... Perhaps a friend or alum can help you from house to house if you have not recovered enough yet.

Had a bad break last year...
The pad at the top of each crutch should not touch the underarm. Each pad should be set 1.5 to 2 inches below the armpit. The pads are there only to stabilize, not to carry your weight... resist the temptation to slump down onto the crutch pads.

I have one, the problem is it's almost impossible to use with my boot. It worked really well with the cast :/ I heard that golf carts are provided to get between the houses for handicapped girls
