How much do old row & new row typically pay each month? Is it around 200?

Nooo. Old row fraternities are around over 5k a semester, new row houses ( the bigger ones) are about 4K a semester. This is just the dues, doesn't include throwing more money for parties, costs of pledging or cost of living in the house if you want. Also formal is another $500 plus spending money. Sororities are a little cheaper but they seem to spend more on outfits for all their events.

Damn are there payment plans or do you have to pay 4k upfront? I really want to be in a frat this year, didn't get a chance to pledge last year

In my fraternity you either pay it all at once or it is split up 3 times over the semester. Smaller houses on Jefferson are in the $3k range. It's pretty expensive man

IDK man my fraternity doesn't do monthly. Ask your friends in fraternities already if you're a sophomore
