So Zetas house won't be ready during Christmas this year ('16)? Are PM and KKG houses going to be ready in time for rush?

KKG and PM are going to be ready for rush. Zeta will be in the swing house right by Tut until Christmas then move into their new house, which is across the street. Pi Phi will be in a swing house for 2017-18 until their new chapter house is completed. So they are only without an actual chapter house this coming school year. Exactly the situation for Zeta, just a year later.

talk to actual pi phis about it. I think some folks on greek rank are trying to give you the wrong impression. pi phi will only be without a chapter house this coming year. so you would wait one year.

@P is close but that "facility" over behind Ten Hoor parking deck is not an actual swing house. A swing house is a real chapter house like the one PM was in this past year and KKG was in last year. That place Zeta used last year and PBP will use is a set of trailers by the old "German House". It does not have facilities for cooking or living. It is more of a gathering spot.

Maybe, look how long zeta house is taking. DZ is stuck waiting for them to move out of the swing house before they can tear down and build. It could easily be 2018
