Which sororities have the most petty rules? I'm not talking about obvious things like not drinking in letters, no dancing on tables, mandatory study hours, etc but where girls have to have their makeup done perfectly every day, have to be a certain weight, etc. Which chapters are also big into fining people for missing events?

can 100% tell you that if you're a phi mu it's a $100 fine if you throw up anywhere in public or if your date does.

That's not a petty rule though? It's an embarrassment to the chapter if you're acting like that in public. Yes it happens, but you should have to deal with some consequences.
