If you read any of the rankings on here it will look something like this one...
AXO/DDD/KKG/KD
XO/PM/ZTA
PBP/APHI/ADPI
AGD
DG/GPHI
DZ
AOPI/KAT
Kappa is able to pledge pretty much whoever THEY want. They are at the top of competitive as far as rush goes.
And this year with expectations of 3000 PNMs .... The percent that go Kappa is less than 5%.

They've got that cool, rich girl, IDGAF vibe about them. Nicer and less snobby version of KD, but they party just as much. Their GPA falls into the average to lower range. The ones that I know are really nice and chill, but it's hard to break into their circle and really get to know them.
