which house would most benefit from a new house?

So which Fraternity would benefit the most from a new house? And I'm only talking about the ones who have houses on campus.

Probably DTD. LXA, ZBT, Delta Chi and Kappa Sig would likely benefit by moving to University, however they each chose to renovate and update their houses and remain where they were.

They are all still crappy houses cause they were only slightly renovated. There is little land left on University which is very expensive. ZBT is the only house with a decent renovation and is the biggest and nicest on Jefferson, but still nothing special compared to some university houses.
