nicest jefferson ave house

Hey so I know the houses on Jefferson ave are not nearly as nice as the ones on University, but which one is physically the biggest and best looking? Does that represent anything?

don't judge just based on the house... I'd say if you're gonna rush a house on that street go with delta chi, kappa sig, or lambda chi
