off campus fraternity

Looking to rush an off Campus fraternity that I really like. I've rushed a lot on campus and ones on Univeristy but not that serious into the Greek life here. Am I gonna be laughed at for being in an off campus fraternity? Are the girls not gonna care much for me when I tell them what fraternity I'm in?
