Agree. Honestly IDK why KD is considered a top house. Coming from a guy they are boring and really don't offer as well rounded girls as a lot of other houses.

Most of this looks pretty decent but I don't agree with houses like alpha phi above alpha gam and pi phi, just based off the accomplishments of the members themselves. Alpha phi doesn't really have a presence on campus beyond the sorority. Looking cute doesn't get you to the top

See I wouldn't think to put kappa as 2 because they are pretty crazy party wide... I Honestly think of chi o as 2. They are nice girls that hangout with pretty good fraternities and have good grades. Most of the chi o's I know are pretty sweet!!

Accurate description of Chi O, but would not put them in my top five. There again, it is total personal preference and what you are looking for in a house. That's why I wish GR was on lockdown before fall. PNMs cannot and should not get their heart set on a house based off this site. What might be my #1 might not be yours at all and that IS OK! All houses have something to offer, but we may love different "brands." You do you!
