And here they've struggled to retain members since their hazing incident in 2014 and I don't really hear about them having parties. I know so many sigma chis who went inactive or distance themselves from their house.

How are Phi Gam, Pi Kapp and Phi Delt irrelevant nationally when they are a part of the three fastest growing fraternities in the country? You make no sense. Phi Gam and Phi Delt are two frats who are also strong in most southern schools.
ATO, DKE, KA and Theta Chi are smaller.
Stupidest things i've read on here. You're probably an SAE.

These are the largest fraternities nationally and only the top 5 are growing all the others are shrinking

No largest numbers mean those houses are at the top of the pyramid and get first choice of pledges, the rejects go to the smaller houses.

No, the largest numbers mean you let anyone with a pulse in. A good fraternity is exclusive.

Call me a traditionalist but I still think even the worst fraternity in Old Row like Phi Delt should be in the second line. Old Row has so much history here and while people are trying to change that it won't happen for decades.
All Old Row Fraternities are better than any New Row Fraternities, that's just me.
