rec letters

Recommendations for sororities aren't really used around where I live so I have few questions on how they work:
How do alumnae fill these out? About how many should we have per sorority? Do they send it to us or straight to the sorority or what? What do we need to provide for the person filling out the rec?

Most houses have an online means for submitted. Get two per house. Can have more but stop at four max. They send to the chapter not through you. You send a care package to the lady doing a Rex. Send photo, resume, transcript and a nice transmittal letter. Get on it.
