Which sororities will have new houses for rush in August? Will this make those houses more competitive?

all the houses are getting or have gotten new houses, so that alone probably won't make them more competitive.

These chapters are already competitive. There is always extra excitement for a new house or big renovations.

I think pi phi is the only chapter this year that will not be rushing out of a house. Pi phi is desired enough it should not make them less competitive. Zeta doing well last year rushing out of the stadium shows it can be done without a drop off.

So all chapters will have some kind of house to live in during the year even if it's a swing house or whatever you call it?

kappa and phi mu will be in their new houses, zeta is set to move in for second semester. aopi will have one swing house and i think dz will take the other. pi phi will have the trailer near publix to hold chapter meetings/ other events but will rush out of the stadium.
