This is a more unbiased look at the houses as they really are now, not sometime in the past.
PS I totally stole this from another comment because I thought it was so good. Congrats to whoever wrote it.

Yep. Some of the old rows are pretty hot but they lack chill. old row (well at least adpi, zta, aphi, pi phi) are more hot across the board and way more chill.
