what year do greeks usually move into their house?

Hey at what age do fraternity members usually move into their fraternity houses? Is it sophomore or Junior usually. Also do most seniors live in the house and how often do people choose otherwise?

Some houses its reserved for the upper classmen and officers, in some the sophomores usually live in the house. Its varies from house to house.
