getting a fraternity bid at the bar?

Hi quick question, Can you get a fraternity bid from a night out on the strip with some brothers from an organization?

Yes but they will probably not have a clue about what you are talking about after you all sober up. ALL members need to vote on bids.

This will be over the summer so only a few members will be there. Will those members be enough to vote?
