Other schools with Greeks in big houses cosy less. Why is it so expensive here?

Most schools don't have a full meal plan at the house. Also, at most schools 20000 square feet is "big." Our houses are double that

Meals, professionally decorated huge houses, lots of sisterhood retreats,to name a few. We do it bigger and better.

It's an all inclusive cost at Bama (for the most part) so apples and oranges with most other schools

Bet those other schools with big greek and nice houses are not on par with Bama greek in terms of the houses (and likely not on other things). Bet also those other schools with big houses do not have brand spanking new 40,000 square foot estate homes that are completely furnished and beautifully appointed. As one response above says, you get what you pay for. (Or perhaps you pay for what you gonna get).
