getting a bid w/o going to a party (during bamabou

Hey so I got invited to a few event at a new row fraternity but I was constantly unable to go. I asked the member who was inviting if I can come by the house while I'm at bamabound since he will be there for summer session and he said yes. Is it possible that even if there won't be any parties at that time and ill just be chilling with a few member that I can still possibly get a bid a that time? Thanks, I just to know cause this is my top choice house.
