do houses (mostly old row) judge in-state girls from big schools on their high school popularity?

to elaborat -- both new and old row will want to get a measure of a pnms popularity at a big Alabama high school. old row will tend to cut more on that basis than new row, but the top of new row does care but just not as much (they are in a position to have to absorb more "risk" in that regard). this becomes a factor too for OOS, which explains why new row houses usually have proportionally more OOS than old row houses. if an old row is not convinced about an OOS, they tend to go ahead and cut because they have so many in-state girls wanting them and so they can afford the luxury of letting good pnms go.
