They're a good fraternity and pretty top tier depending on who you ask, but there's nothing in particular you could say about them other than that they have a cool basement. I don't think they're near the bottom of Old Row personally, but I don't think they have anything exceptional that would put them at the top.

We are soooo good, I just have to get on the meskagesse boards an put on my shines! then,i have to get back on the meskagesse boards and put down all de other houses! Whew-wee, did i tell u weez good?
