instagram

will it work against me if I don't have an instagram? (I do have twitter and facebook) There's not a paticular reason why except that I used to waste soooo much time on it.

it might a little if they don't know you already or if you are not connected in-house. try to make sure you have outreach on your facebook and/or twitter though. social media is a pretty big tool nowadays.
