AXO (never disputed that they're top- won HC and top grades; wife material)
DDD (nice, beautiful girls; actually care about their philanthropy)
Phi Mu (mostly hot, somewhat mean girls; not their best pledge class)
AGD (REALLY split pledge class, few top girls that everyone wanted that they "show off" but mostly wild girls that were dropped other places)
ChiO (not as strong as in past years, still smart and involved girls; not as many attractives)
KD (probation really hurt them, beautiful house; hot, fun party girls)
KKG (crazy girls with substance problems but cannot deny that they're still old row status and always will be)
ZTA (easily best new row; pretty women who get with many guys and know how to have a good time)
Pi Phi (close behind ZTA, super friendly and cute; don't hear much about them)
ADPi (smart girls, slightly awkward; most involved of new row)
AP (all beauty, minimal brains; care about boys more than school)
DG (moved up was faster than expected; funny girls; also very mixed pledge classes)
DZ (super sweet, lack in looks; can be looked over, nothing too special but have a good rep for the most part)
AOPi (very awkward house but very accepting, seen a few pretty ones)
GPB (these girls are sweethearts and have a great house)
Theta (will fight it but easily seen as bottom sorority; can't hold decent conversation; take girls dropped by all others)

hard to rank straight up (without tiers) but i would say this is pretty accurate

I agree besides that AGD has a ton of party girls. They have a small group that goes hard, but most of them are very religious and pretty tame.
