talk about the teas
by: CuriousI only got a couple of invites, so I would love to know what everyone thought about the teas. I was uncomfortable going to houses where I did not get an invitation. What did everyone else do? Who had good parties?

I went to the 10 I was invited to. Some of my friends went to parties without invites but I didn't. They're invites for a reason so I didn't want to show up where I wasn't invited. That's just how I feel about it. hopefully I'll stay positive and get to meet the girls in the houses this fall that I didn't get to meet this weekend. I live in northern Al and saw girls I knew.

you made the right call to only go where you were received an actual, real, addressed to you by mail, invitation. you are just not on the radar yet so start connecting if you have any inside relationships or otherwise start following the houses' instagrams and liking their stuff. you may be on the outside looking in for the most desired houses, but so many of the houses are top notch it really does not matter. you will find a great fit and you will get out of it what you put into it.

I had to just walk in. I'm from OOS and don't know anyone. Im not looking for continuation of my high school. I'm excited to meet new people!

@ #3 -- I wish everyone had that attitude. It is the crowd at many house that really just wants to stick with their hs friends and treat freshman year as 13th grade that really drag some houses down.

10 is a lot. did anybody get invites to more than 10? Especially if you are oos? Just curious.
