Between grades, looks, personality, and connections what does each sorority care the most about?

Honestly, its all important and pnms should present quality in each area. some houses are definitely more connections driven, but don't let the "old row/new row" stuff lead you to believe that connections only matter for the old row houses. connections are big because actives can speak from personal experience about a pnm, which is always better than trying to guess about fit just based on these recruitment events.
