recruitment style will i be judged?

by: Heels

I broke my ankle in Dec. skiing and can't really wear heels. I love nice clothes and have found some cute flats but I'm not sure what to do for dressier recruitment days. When I see pictures everyone wears heels!

It will be a little odd if you don't have heels on and aren't wearing a boot or a cast. You can either wear your boot even if you don't really need it at that point, or you can get shoes like otbt's that are basically flat. I broke my ankle in May last year and only really struggled on pref when I wore real heels but I managed to push through it and was fine.

Yeah but what's she gonna say? In my opinion it would be just as odd for her to walk into every house for three days straight and say "sorry I'm not wearing heels, I broke my ankle in December." Like as an active if I heard that (as someone who has also broken their ankle) I would wonder why after nine months she couldn't wear heels. The original commenter wore heels after three months. Beauty is pain and in Alabama rush you don't want to be talking chances

Thanks for the tips. I will try some wedge OTBT.
I fractured it really bad in several places. Not a typical break. Doc says I should give up my marathons. I'm okay with that. Just don't wanna twist anything for at least a year or two. No one needs to know during recruitment (no explaining). I was just wondering. Thanks again.

You should be bringing flip flops and only changing into your heels right before you go into each house so you should be fine. Also otbts aren't really appropriate for pref.
