new row fraternites

what? I am just a high school senior, but the guys in my graduating class that are focusing on Theta Chi and Pike and think they are "in" are two of the most try hard douche frck mama bois in my school.

Firstly, if you're a guy you're not a "pnm," save that crap for the sororities. Secondly, those guys will be in much better/more popular fraternities than any other New Row/Jefferson fraternity if they make it, and both of them tend to weed out the bad ones before the end of pledgeship.

Pike, Theta Chi, and Pi Kapp are the best of those, with Pike and Theta Chi being particularly ahead. Behind those three are probably, imo, Sigma Chi, ATO, and Lambda Chi in that order (though going ATO won't make you very popular with other guys since they're kind of a black sheep). Delta Chi brings up the rear because they've been particularly quiet this year compared to last year, not really sure why.

Top New Row;
Theta Chi, Pike, ATO (Guys hate on them but girls like them)
Upper New Row:
Sigma Chi (cool guys, just don't do much and lots of scandals) , Pi Kapp
Middle New Row:
Beta, Lambda Chi, Delta Chi
Lower New Row:
Kappa Sig, DTD, ZBT
ALL OF THESE HOUSES HAVE GREAT GUYS, GOOD PARTIES, AND PULL A GOOD AMOUNT OF GIRLS. Pledge any house on this list if you feel comfortable and like the guys and I'm sure you'll have a hell of a time. Stay away from Delta Sig, AKL, Sigma Pi, etc. Half my friends in there dropped or hate it. They pay nearly the same dues but lack the involvement and have to pledge some weirdos to fill in the spots

I have a few friends in Sigma Pi and they love it. And no one dropped. They also have the best band room. I love hanging out with those boys.

No one dropped? Really? I guess my friend must have lied when he pledged them for two weeks then dropped when he realized paying the same dues as better houses plus getting hazed by them wasn't worth it. Glad you love hanging with them, but as a guy I wouldn't pay money and put forth the effort to join their house.

What's your opinion on Phi Psi and Sig Ep considering they're getting brand new houses with pretty good locations? I can definitely see Phi Psi becoming Upper New Row if they pull in a couple good classes in the next two-three years.

No. Theta Chi is a good new row house. Other than that, they're all a wannabe, tryhard somewhat joke

Except for Theta Chi, most all of new row is the Conglomerate of Try Hards. Theta Chi and Pike are the only ones not embarrassing.
