spring teas format

During rush don't we wear name tags during open house so the actives will know our names? How do the spring teas work since most are by invitation? Name tags? Do we sign in? Do we mingle from active to active or do we have an "assigned" sister to meet us? Please any help would be great! No one in my family has been Greek and I'm so nervous about these teas. I want to make a good first impression. TIA

During rush you have a name tag the entire time. During spring parties I'm sure you'll have a stick on name tag. As for whether you mingle or not it's up to each house. In my house you'll get to mingle.
