Here is what most people don't know about the process. A sorority must rank their list and if another house ranks her higher, the other sorority can loose her. It then appears the sorority alone cut her, but may not be the case. It is how the system tries to even the playing field. The submitted rank order becomes a crap shoot and each sorority can't rank every girl number one.

APhi is NOT a top tier house. They have some pretty girls but they aren't super involved and have terrible grades. But their PC was pretty awesome so hopefully they're on the way to middle tier.

It's their grades that are the problem and this year they took more grade risks than every before. I know their advisers are worried but their video didn't bring in as many quality girls as they'd hoped.
