But most people will argue that it's a middle-top tier. Personally I think it's a top tier. Very well known and has a very popular group of girls

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.8 Very strong house. Problem is they are house-less for next two years. Gonna be hard and I doubt they have what it takes to pull a strong pic with all the others they cross rush with having new houses.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.2 They built their new house in 2011 but are rebuilding to compete with some of the newer houses on campus. Its a shame that they feel they have to compete because their old house was super pretty. Overall a pretty good house :)

Wrong. Their new house was built around 2000. Although beautiful, it just couldn't fit their growing numbers. They deserve a new house just like all others on campus.
