Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.2 They built their new house in 2011 but are rebuilding to compete with some of the newer houses on campus. Its a shame that they feel they have to compete because their old house was super pretty. Overall a pretty good house :)

Wrong. Their new house was built around 2000. Although beautiful, it just couldn't fit their growing numbers. They deserve a new house just like all others on campus.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.4 This is a very good all around house. Mostly out of state members and so they compete at the top of new row with Zeta and ADPi. I would put them in the middle of those two. Just not as cute and fun overall in contrast to Zeta and not as "driven" as the ADPi's I know. But those are the top new row houses for sure, which are probably better than the less old row houses.
