Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.5 they're a very well put together chapter and keep things classy. however they only want pretty faces and rich girls. they are allll about having money. mostly all southerners with a few from California. they pick their members before rush even starts...trust me they can tell who has "money" and who doesn't. very selective

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.4 I would say Phi Mu is top tier, but its slipping. From what Ive heard from my Phi Mu friends, it sounds like its turning very cult-y. They have crazy rules that all members must follow (like wearing makeup always, always looking your best, etc.) They do have a rep of only rushing the "pretty" girls, but that probably won't ever change. I do feel that their ego gets to them sometimes, as they make other sororities feel small. Other than the ego problem, I would say they deserve to be Top Tier because they are very involved on campus and have a great social life.
