I'd be lying if I said this house doesn't have a good rep. Fairly diverse, super involved, and best GPA on campus. It's a shame they feel so threatened and pressured to stay on top that they waste their time trying to sabotage the recruitment of other houses. It's nice to be nice ladies!

Went into rush very excited to get to know them, since they're known for academics. However, the girl i talked to left me disappointed. im sure it's still a great house, but i don't get the hype. especially since its all instate girls

It's ok to show you are smart and want to do more with your life than spend nights shacking up and in the basement of a beer drenched frat house with guys who could care less about you. They still like to party but not spend their entire college experience like that. Alpha Chis excel on campus, with philanthropy and care about their grades. They are also nice and fun so chill out and focus on bringing yourself into the modern age. Girls can do it all and most of these do. Most of all, they are social and a very tight sisterhood and THAT is the primary purpose and one that many chapters at UA do not have.

The only thing Alpha Chi excels at is taking the leftovers from KKG, XO and PM. Sorry girls, you were tops in the 90s, but things have changed. You are definitely the nerdiest sorority now. Evidenced by the fact that you are responding to every comment on this page trying to justify yourselves. You are in the kindest sense of the word... IRRELEVANT.
