New house on jeffy, but already growing fast. Great group of guys who are kind and respectful. They’re usually near the top for grades each semester, and they seem to have a lot of momentum. Wouldn’t be surprised if they end up on university at some point

This fraternity came back to campus in the 2021 and already owns a house on Jefferson. They are one of the fastest growing fraternity's at UA. Their academics have always been great and they are a ton of fun to be around.

Tbh I have no idea why/how theta xi pulled off getting a house on jeffy. There parties aren't that great and when they worked with Sig Pi they got WAY over charged.

Some of the hottest men ever in PC 24. They get a lot of girls but I’d wanna get with them too. Super fun and nice fraternity great brotherhood. Most get bid from theta chi and phi psi but phi psi is the rejects of theta chi
