They are making huge comeback. they already have a house locked down and a lot of other girls really like to hangout with them. their pledge classes this fall really saved them and they could be breaking into the top 15 this year. excited to see how it goes

They are a great frat. True they do not have a house at the moment but once they get one in the fall things will only go up from there for them. They are some of the classiest guys I have met on campus. Their new pledge class has done a lot for them as well. Not only do they have good looks they are also very intelligent guys. Great all around! Can not wait to see where they go!

Just wanted to provide truth (unlike the previous 3 rankings from the same people)... just met with these guys a few weeks back and they're all-around classy guys. I'm friends with a handful and i know they're excited about the new house and plan on throwing wild parties this year. Keep an eye out for them
