Guys are super nice and always fun to talk to and hang around. Parties are always fun with good music. Sheck Wes was probably the best band party I have been to. Date parties are so much fun with great themes. Wedding was a great time. Overall great house with some great boys.

Strangest dudes on university blvd. Like legit strangest. Like x-files weird and kind of mysterious but also not cool dudes. Know what I mean? Basically the house is cool and the dudes not. PS the house always looks deserted... does anyone live there anymore?
