Should be named the Jersey Juice Crew. Takes tons of steroids and drinks a lot of shakes to make gains. Would recommend if your into weightlifting or the stereotypical jock type from OOS.

In general I'd say it's true. However new guys are far from fit and muscle, but they are douchey.
