Top tier frats popular cause money---not even fun (wouldn't want to date one!)
Middle and even some lower have lots of great guys--really fun.
Top tier sororities have pockets of nice girls, but mostly just mean girls lacking confidence (you'll be back in high school). you need to be careful picking houses just to be in a core four--remember you have to live with these girls! Use your Ivy League brain and pick a house where you like the people!!
